Lowell/Three Mobile VS my mum

Hoping for a little help on this one, my mother received a county court business letter on behalf of Lowell solicitors over a Three debt. She's asked me what to do as I'd had help on here with one of my own debts but I'm stuck now as mine was for a credit card so requesting a CCA is out of the question with Lowell/Three. I'll be popping round hers tomorrow and acknowledging the county court letter online for her but I honestly haven't the foggiest what to put as a defence and what I'd need her to request from Lowell/Three.

Any help would be appreciated!
