Wrong name used by BW Legal

Having received some great advice on the parking notice forum I called Northampton as the name given on papers is my maiden name. Court advised to call BW Legal but having not contacted them at all I am hesitant. The claim is being defended in full due to being before Sept 2012 and I was not driving though was registered keeper. Court have advised it will be rejected as not using my legal name. Can anyone advise what I should do please? Thanks
