      An appeal latter to notify them that his reasons for not paying for the contracts and also to notify them that he will be appealing against the debt.

        He has to enter a formal defence to the claim there's nothing to appeal!
        We need to see what he has sent to the court and the claimant it's impossible to give meaningful advice when we have not seen what has been done.

        This is a County Court Claim and the processes must be adhered to otherwise the claimant will pounce on any failure to comply and go for judgement.

        As [MENTION=5553]charitynjw[/MENTION] has said I think there's a lot of unravelling to be done.

          just received a letter today from lowells solicitors NOTICE OF DISCONTINUANCE, over a vodafone debt , they could not provide the evidence requested as ordered by the judge, which states,
          for the claimant to explain a full breakdown of sums claims and to provide copies of invoices from 29 september 2011 to 27 february 2012.
