  • Received Lowell court letter help

    Hi

I received a court letter from the Northampton business centre court , it was for a shop direct account for around £800 from 2012.
so I am a little bit down the road with this now, I filed an acknowledgement of service and then sent the CCA request along with a CPR 31.14 request requesting

    2: Notice of Assignment

    3: The Default Notice

    4: The Termination Notice

    5: Statement of Account

after 2 months I have received a letter from lowell with a copy of the Online Credit Agreement (box ticked for signature) and also a 1/4 page statement summary (no monthly breakdown of costs or payments to show how the total amount has been reached. So far no Default notice, notice of assignment or temination notice.

My defence was filed along the lines of "i dont recognise this debt to be mine "

curious what to do now, i dont believe the 1/4 page s sufficient to show how the total amount was reached

Re: Received Lowell court letter help

well unfortauntely I didnt get any help or advice from this forum !

I will give you a quick update, Lowell failed to follow the judges directions in responding to my defence and so the claim has been stayed.

They have also failed to provide the documents requested in the CPR and CCA requests sent

I have now filled out the N244 form to request the case to be struck out. fingers crossed
