I have been suspended after 3 allegations, made by a teacher ( im a teacher assistant) 1 BULLYINC :2AGGRESSIVE & 3FRAUDLANT LEAVE OF ABSENCE. I have proven was I was on the day with confirmation from the hospital. However 2 more teachers now have come forward and said I bullied them 1, 2years ago and 1, 3 years ago. These 3 teachers are all friends which a showed a photo of them all at my investigation. This has all happened because the teacher and i had words on the last day of term , now all of a sudden she has made this allegations. Im waiting to hear if it is going to a disaplinary hearing. My questions is is it right that these other teachers can just jump in now and make allegations against me. And it proves that confiedentalty has been broken because how would they know about me being suspended with an allegation of bullying if the teachers had not been talking about it.
