    Thanks ill get on that now. Because ive done th AoS does that mean i have 28 days to send the CCA and CPR? Apologies if sound stupid its the 1st time ive had deal with one of these and i appreciate all your help

      It would be best to get the CCA with postal order out asap as with the CPR also and you get a total 33 days from date on claim form for you to get the best information for your defence...

        Do you have a list of your debts? Perhaps from your credit records?

        If credit card / loan debts date from 2010, it's possible they may be unable to produce a CCA but not odds on. Do you know when you would last have made a payment to these debts?

        You mentioned overdrafts, is that a lot of the debt? Because a CCA isn't relevant to them.

        Debt collectors are now going for CCJs a lot more than they used to. 50% up on this time last year

        If you have two or three credit card / loans debts, it's probably worth fighting them and seeing if you win. But if you have a lot more including overdrafts, well you probably aren't going to win the overdrafts. If you qualify for a DRO it could be a lot better option than spending 6 months to a year fighting court claims as they pop up and losing a few.
