I have received a Parking Charge Notice for 15th October when somone parked in the car park @ Toys r us Derby. It was a hire vehicle.

They sent the notification to the lady that looks after all our Lease/hire cars, I'll have to wait until tomorrow before
I can answer that one. Thanks.
