  • parking charge notice - wrong registration no. entered.

Hi any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have have a PCN from Premier Park. I have a appealed to them and POPLA and both have been rejected.

I purchased a new car in September and paid for parking with my old registration number. premier park provided information to POPLA showing that a £3.00 payment had been made using my old number plate within minutes of me entering the car park. This covered me for 3 hours and i only stayed 1hour 45mins. I submitted evidence of my ownership of the previous car and a certificate showing my dyslexia as evidence to POPLA.

The parking charge has now gone from £60 to £100 because of the time it took to go through appeals process.

Should i pay or let them take me to court?

They rarely do court, I'd ignore all bar court papers or a letter before action.
