Hello,
I purchased a new hotpoint tumble dryer. 3 weeks old and it has a fault code and will not switch on. I now have to communicate with them via facebook as any other form of communication seems to be impossible, I have had 3 engineers come to try and fix it 1 of which ordered in the wrong part and I am now nearly in my 4th week with a broken tumble dryer. Where do I stand as a consumer as it just seems ridiculous.
Thanks
