    I am claiming refund from Platinum Account, but they say that I open the Account before 2005 and did not need to tell them about my heart attack for the travel insurance, prior to 2005 is that right

    Did you use the travel insurance or buy it separately?
    Did you use any of the benefits of what they then may have called Advantage Gold?

      I paid for travel insurance £120 in 2010 and £200 in 2011
