Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 Ltd vs MrPickles

You want the NOA Sainsbury to RW and the NOA RW to Hoist nothing complicated Mr. P.

These are templates so not all of it is necessarily needed, so you can leave the defence date out.

This claim has a fudged POC I suspect Hoist RW has no idea what they are actually chasing.

You want the terms and condition of each item OD/CC/Loan and the agreements for each one if they and make vague multiple claims so can you.

      Hi Nem!

      > You want the NOA Sainsbury to RW and the NOA RW to Hoist nothing complicated Mr. P.

I've no idea what that means (I'm sending the CPR to Howard and Co as instructed prior.)

It's complicated to me, sadly. For one, NOA does not mean something to me. And I find 45 possible meanings for it here:

      http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/NOA

OK, so I can just write the following in my CPR? —

      1. Terms and Conditions and Agreement of Loan
      2. Terms and Conditions and Agreement of Overdraft
      3. Terms and Conditions and Agreement of Credit Card

      Thank you so much.

I wish to conclude this thread, and on a happy note!

Thanks to the efforts of Joanna Connolly (of joannaconnollysolicitors.co.uk) and her team, Hoist have agreed to discontinue this case. Result! I am shocked how quickly this matter was resolved when under the direction of those in the know :-)

          Best wishes to all,

          Mr Pickles

Which just proves that sometimes it's not a "local" solicitor that you need, but a solicitor who has the legal savvy to fight a case in a specific area of law even if they're at opposites ends of the country.

Christmas has come early for you with the discontinuance of this £13k claim :santa_smiley:
