  • Notice of intended court action

    Hi there!

Im looking for some advice about two letters I received from debt recovery plus ltd.

They refer to two separate parking fines from different dates in July that were issued by national parking enforcement ltd.

I have never seen any initial letters regarding the fines, and am unaware of the situation at the time of notice. I have tried to log onto the website using the parking charge notice numbers and cannot seem to view the photos of evidence.

The letters refer to unpaid parking charges of £60 each. They are now asking for £160 per ticket to be paid in the next 7 days or they will recommend the parking company take me to court.

I am in urgent need of advice regarding these as it appears to be too late to appeal and I do not know where to go from here and am understandably not wanting to pay £320 for parking charges I knew nothing about.

    Thank you
    Emily
