        CASE WON!!!
Just wanted to give a quick update on my case.
The hearing was on the 14th December and the case was dismissed because the claimant - Lowell couldn't produce a valid Credit Agreement.
What they produced was not valid for a number of reasons!
Also they have not complied with section78 but we didn't get that far in the hearing as the first thing the judge wanted to see was a valid agreement!
I will not go into more detail but if anyone wants to know please let me know.

Thanks for everyone for the help and the advice.
I did get legal advice at the end from Joanna Connolly and they were amazing! Highly recommended!
