  • Premier Park Charge Notice -advice please

Just received £100 Parking Charge Notice whilst parking outside rear entrance of St Austell Argos. As they no longer operate the rear doors the driver went round to the front, they were there 15 mins approx. Checking afterwards they noticed the large area, which is shared by other businesses, is for "Service Vehicles". When checking Premier Park as a company I noticed your site and have just joined -wonder if you can advise. I have read some posts but am not certain what is applicable, this is not a a car park that public pay charges, the land may or may not be council owned. The driver was not obstructing anyone and did not park on any of the yellow lined or zig zagged areas. Any advice would be appreciated. If appeal not allowed is it possible to pay in instalments?
    Thanks

If they do not know the driver they cannot win at popla unless they have suddenly changed the wording in the notices they send out.
