  • Parking Eye

    Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice please? The driver recently parked at the Wyvern Retail park in Derby, they visited a few of the shops and then met friends in Costa coffee, they ended up being there for 3 hours and 42 minutes, they didn't realise time in the car park was limited to 3 hours and I have today received a PCN from parking eye. They genuinely didn't realise there were restrictions, I have contacted Next and Costa ( where they made purchases) to ask if they could help me with getting the charge dropped, next haven't been very helpful at all and costa have yet to get back to me. I read on line to contact the land owner so I have emailed them but suspect they won't be helpful either. I guess my question is should I just take it on the chin and pay the £60 or appeal,
Any advice offered gratefully received, thanks.

When local managers are hopeless i'd advise trying social media.

If you go as far as popla then the discount is lost but the odds at popla for winning are great, but not guaranteed.
