  • Taking the NHS to an ET Anyone with experience ?

I have 4 claims against them, I'm representing myself. The case is in 8 weeks time. Do the NHS ever settle? The stress is slowly killing me

Can't say much about employment matters but if it's anything like their personal injury department they have a habit of defending all claims regardless of how much evidence is stacked against them, although I've heard that's starting to change a little but not much.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

The evidence is stacked against them for sure. They must've spent tens of thousands already as its been going on for almost 12 months.
