      Plenty of time.

      Check your date http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/popla-code-checker/

I had some unexpected work issues recently but should get these done next week.

            Hey, any luck?

Depends on your point of view, i guess.

I still have a few to do and will do them all in time. It looks like i only have 3 days left to work in my job which had caused delays as things are coming to a head. The good news is i'll have more time to do it

                Hi M1, thanks very much.

Just back from my holiday, assume I just send over the RTF file to them as my response?

                Thanks,
                Rich.

                      Hi..

I've left it too late and no have the Overdue Charge letter .... in red!

                      Demanding £100.00.

It says POPLA is no longer available too.

Guess I need to pay up?

                      Thanks,
                      Rich

Pity, as yours was one that was almost certain to win due to the missing PoFA wording.

You can go down the ignoring route and hope to get to statute barred.

Met don't seem to like court, yet. http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/MET_P..._Services.html

                          Re: MET - Gatwick... again!

                          Hi again,

Just got another letter threatening court... the reason I did not get the first letter so quick is because actually they have my old address.

I know the people that are now living there and they said they would let me know when letters came for me. I think they have been away.

So basically MET don't actually know where I live...

Is there a reason POPLA is no longer available?

I could ignore them but I don't want anything coming back the people now living at my old address.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

                          Richard.

If MET were, or turn in to a litigious company that could be a problem as you wouldn't necessarily get the court papers. As many have found to their cost, it's a major ballache if they sneak through a ccj without your knowledge.

You could supply your new details.

The code you were given expires after 28 days.

                              Hi M1,

I don't think I would not get the court papers as the people now living there are pretty much friends so I often see them and pick up any old post.

Assume I cannot get a new POPLA code?

                              Thanks,
                              Richard.

It's technically possible but if a judge doesn't order them to do so you have no chance of persuading them to do so.

If Russia nuked your village and you were the only survivor and had been in a coma for 60 years thus missing the deadline, Met wouldn't give you another Popla code.
