It seems a lifetime ago that the court paper turned up, I didn't think for a second it would go on for so long. Thanks for that little tip, I would have never have thought about a banking error or glitch. I will most definitely stick to the standing order schedule religiously.
Lowell did seem to think they had all of what was asked of them, a tiny bit of me did want to take it to County Court, I just simply couldn't risk a CCJ tho.
