DRPL are just debt collectors and can't sue you. File and ignore.

                Hi,
I have a number of unpaid PCNs from NCP in various states of 'chasing'
Four of them are currently with Gladstone Sol's, I have not received a letter before action yet, but I have received a final demand, is it time to send the first of the Three Letter Process? I am aware that at the moment Gladstone are acting as debt collectors rather than 'legals'
I have a number of cases passed to Trace and a number of cases passed to DRP, I was thinking maybe just bite the bullet and start sending the letters to them all now, as effectively they are all just debt collectors? Keeping it out of court is my main aim, which is probably fantastical.
                Can you advise please?
                All help is greatly appreciated.
