    A well worded letter might put them off but it's hard to say for how long. If they've got this far then i'd prepare mentally for having to go to court.

    I don't suppose you still have or can obtain your old lease to see what, if anything, is said about parking ? A picture of the sign would be handy although i suspect High Wycombe Three Approved Judgment.pdf is somewhat relevant as it was probably a permit holders only scenario.
