Re: bw legal letter of claim

If you tick yes to mediation you can negotiate but not many report success. (you can actually negotiate directly without mediation....)

The full amount is vastly inflated so the risk of more costs is tiny. You may even lose and pay less than what they've claimed.

Hi M1, sorry to be a nuisance, my plan was to get in from work and fill out the N149A form and go to court.

I have got in and recieved another letter from bw legal.

It says "we enclose by way of service upon you a copy of the directions questionnaire.

A copy has been filed at court.

It is basically their N149A form filled in and stating they are willing to go to a mediation service.

        Any thoughts?

        Thanks.

Perfectly normal. Make sure you send yours to them as well as the court.
