  • Lowell court claim

I have been taken to court by Lowell over a old debt. Upon advise from this forum I sent them the relevant forms to request the original credit agreement. They did not respond to this. I initially defended by saying I was unaware as to where the debt had came from.
As the case progressed I added I had not received this information. The court then requested it. Again nothing was produced.
Last week Lowell sent a notice of discontinuance. Two days later the court sent one saying claimant (Lowell) must comply with para 1 (the request for the original credit agreement)

Thank you for All your help on this forum.

At this moment I'm unsure as to weather the notic of discontinuance went through or weather the court has stuck out the claim. Does it make a difference to me which happens?

If it's struck out will I be able to remove it from my credit file?

Thank you again for the advise already given
