  • EE Network Price Increase

    Hi all,

I recieved an email this morning from EE about upcoming price increases. I currently have two contracts with EE and as you'll see from the tabel below, they're as much as 60% increases in some cases. The increases are applicable to charges outside of the contract 'bundle' but as someone who occasionally falls outside, I'm very disapointed to see such high increases.

Is there anything I can do? Can I leave without penalty?

    Thanks,

Have you looked at your contract?
I THINK you will find that if a change to your contract terms adversely affect you, you have the right to not accept the change and thus cancel without any termination fee within 30 days.
    Or something like that!

It's changed recently, OFCOM have suggested that if the customer is made aware of the price increase before entering into the contract it's fair and they cannot terminate but if they were not told about it then they can.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
