New to the forum but have a very interesting case i could do with advice throughout.
Effectively, I unknowingly signed up to to unrealistic and unreachable terms and conditions during my betting. Despite being successful with my bets the company, Winner Sports Betting, forfeited £5,650 of my winnings when i went to withdraw it as per the terms and conditions. Attached is my intent for action letter and also their response.
I am planning to file a claim but they dont publish a UK address and I have since found them registered in the Isle of Man which i believe requires N150 as well as N1 application?
Any advice or help would be great - i need to fill out the N1 form concisely but any advice on N150 would be great
