Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...

i can't thank everyone enough sorry for the delay but had trouble logging in, I can't tell you what a relief it is, I was quite lucky the judge let me represent without a question and was quite annoyed Santander hadn't turned up with any statement of arrears, community law were amazing we offered Santander 750 per month plus contractual payments and a down payment of 3k, the judge was happy with 500 per month, I'm so pleased and can't thank everyone enough for their help and support, never give up.

to me since I was born, I'm nearly 30 I'd have been so sad to see it go

What a pity Santander turned down your pre-hearing payment offer to them (made by you to prevent your family's eviction) which the DJ subsequently decided at the hearing was more than enough so ordered you to pay less than that and stopped the Eviction Warrant on the day.
