They got back to me on the Subject Data Access Request and I've sent them the statutory £10 fee

It is a shame they are ignoring my other emails seeking a resolution outside of the Courts.

Re: CCJ Claim - Royal Mail - Credit Style - HLW Keeble Hawson

      Claimant: Credit Style Ltd
      Solicitor: HLW Keeble Hawson LLP
      Original Creditor: Royal Mail

I am wondering now if they have bought the debt. Why is Credit Style down as the claimant?

Also why do they have a seperate solicitors that are part of the same company?

If they have bought the debt but don't have the correct paperwork then will I be in with a chance of fighting this?

Re: CCJ Claim - Royal Mail - Credit Style - HLW Keeble Hawson

I sent a subject data access request and have an acknowledgement that they have received it. I have also sent the £10 fee. This was back in August and I haven't had a response yet to the request. They have wrote recently though offering a partial settlement figure.
Is there any way that I can use the fact they have not honoured the request against them? I thought they were supposed to get back within 40 days.
