    Re: Voluntary Termination (Mini)

    Hi Rob S,
My car is being collected on Thursday. Did they put up a fuss about you not signing the damage paperwork? Are there two separate pieces of paper to sign - One to say they have collected the car and one to say about the damage? Is there a mention of excess mileage on any of the documents?
    Thanks
    Simon

Rob S - Also I have used my tyre inflation kit. Do you think they would charge me as its missing? I have the electric pump.

I must admit I wasn't there at the time so my wife dealt with it.

It's all done electronically, she signed to say the car was collected. But didn't have to sign to say that all charges were accepted by us as we still had to wait for a decision about the servicing.

I think you just have to be polite and stick to your guns.

      Yes they record the mileage.

With regards to the inflation kit I made the decision I was happy to buy one from Amazon for £30 rather than dispute the fact I'd used it.

      A bmw/mini kit is £150.

      Good luck.

        Hey RobS,

I just emailed BMW FS the legalbeagle email, how long did it take them to reply to you?

        Cheers,
        S
