    Hi I have just received a letter from advantis debt collection regarding an £80 fine for not taxing my car dated 1/3/16 I sold the car on the 22/02/16 and I took photos of v5 with new keepers details etc as it was a Romanian gent who bought the car and I was wanting to keep myself right contacted this company to explain and they don't want to know there attitude was bad I have the photos as proof I would be greatfull if someone could give me some advice thanks terry

    Did you send your part of the V5 to the DVLA? and have confirmation to say you were no longer the legal keeper

      Hi yes sent v5 didn't receive confirmation letter or any tax reminders as paid direct debits monthly and cancelled the evening I sold the car
