Re: Cabot Financial - Lloyds Bank

      Hi,
Is anyone able to help please? Husband spoke to solicitors, payment plan not accepted and they're going for a charging order on the house.
      Thanks in advance.

Well they won't get a Charging Order on the house because they haven't got a CCJ yet!

They say these things on the phone just to frighten you and bully money out of you.

That letter gave you until 6th March to respond.

Re: Cabot Financial - Lloyds Bank

Hi Di, he telephoned Restons offered a monthly payment and they said they'd check with Cabots. Chased them up today and Reston said offer had been refused. Went back to Cabots and explained the situation and they said its highly unlikely they'd refuse the offer for the payment plan but they're unable to do anything as its now with Restons. Really dont know whuch way to turn, a CCJ would ruin chances of re-mortgaging and I'd imagine court costs and fees would be ridiculous. Any advice ypu can give would be appreciated. They're definitely using bullying tactics.
          Thanks
