    The answer to your question is YES it is all over

    You filed your Defence before they Discontinued so it they ever wanted to have another go they would have to make an application to the court for permission.

    Your WS definitely did the trick since they took the decision after they read it.

    It just shows that Friday 13th doesn't always bring bad luck!
