• Parking Eye CCJ - real or fake!

My step father had a Parking Eye charge from last year which he ignored (as was the general advice at the time from friends) - today he has had this rather strange looking CCJ form through - to me it doesn't look legitimate- it's poor quality paper and grey instead of the usual blue N1 forms!

Should he ignore this or act on it?

Without seeing it, my guess is that it's real. Check with the courts.

Sounds like a copy of the CCJ but if you can provide a redacted copy up we can check .. perhaps your step father shouldn't have listened to the general advice!

You need to go advanced to see it. I'm sure Kati or Amethyst will post it when they get it.
