    Understood sorry, there both chargeing, did you get much paperwork of the company before they started charging the fees, Whats the company details and what does the service charge cover you for
    crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even

      Sorry for the delay again

      I got a letter from the freeholder and a letter from the agents at the same time. It appears that there may be some connection as the contact at the agents also has an email address that belongs to the domain of the freeholders i.e @.........co.uk

      This is the letter with what they are covering Anchor.pdf
