No. PALS are usually good for cancellations though.

Re: Car Parking Partnership - Parking Charge Notice

Tried the PALS route but the centre doesn't have a department for that. Would the next step be to complete the POPLA I've been given from CPP?

I think you missed your deadline which was early october wasn't it ? It would have been the best way to do it after PALS were remarkably unhelpful

I'd try PALS again or the hospital management if you have missed popla. (or even if you haven't but we'd do both then)

Yeah, it expired 9th September :tinysmile_hmm_t2:

We were told the hospital doesn't have a PALS department just a women that deals with benefits. We'll try going to the management tomorrow but as it's a mental health hospital and you have to be escorted everywhere I'm not entirely sure how far I'll get.

              You mean October ?

              If not they cheated you.

Try and check if another local, bigger hospital has a PALS department.

I'll have to double check the POPLA checker again when I get home.

Oh, I didn't realise I can go to another hospital. The nearest one is Homerton University Hospital...when I say near it's 2 hours away. Can this be done over phone?

Re: Car Parking Partnership - Parking Charge Notice

After being transferred across departments I've been told by the Complaints team I need to appeal direct to CPP. What would the next steps be as my POPLA has expired.

CPP have sent another letter saying the payment is required within 14 days or further action may be taken.

Re: Car Parking Partnership - Parking Charge Notice

Sadly CPP is a dead duck, as is popla (unless a court orders it).

If NHS won't help then it's either ignore or pay.

http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/CP_Plus.html If i have the correct company, the chances of a court case is presently very low.

I'll try the NHS route again and look to email someone in PALS.

Thanks for your help so far M1
