  • Car Parking Partnership - Parking Charge Notice

    Hi there

My fiancée received a parking charge notice from CPP (Car Parking Partnership) on the 13th July.

I've got 14 days to pay the discounted amount of £60 or 28 days to appeal.

Do i ignore or appeal with a POPLA template?

    Advice much appreciated!

Oh, no I've sent the below via email

              Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver .................... Insert something here (see below)

I note that the notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to the protection of freedoms act 2012 schedule 4 paragraphs 7/8.

Should you reject my appeal, please supply a popla code.

Hi M1, the letter saying 'your appeal as been unsuccessful' has come through. They've given me a POPLA reference.

                      What are the next steps?

Can you sanitise and post up the PCN. Signs too, if possible.

Not yet, my fiancé is going back there tomorrow. What do we say to them? She's a paralegal so was visiting one of her clients at the time, does that change things?
