Re: UKPC - UK Parking Control

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a legitimate guest of a resident.

I note that the notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to the protection of freedoms act 2012 schedule 4 paragraphs 7/8. The information on the notice to keeper does not include the information from the notice to driver as required.

Should you reject my appeal, please supply a popla code.

    Yours sincerely

    M1

Thats brilliant, thank you so much. Do i need to go into further details as to what was on the ticket / notice to keeper, or keep it as it is as above?

Re: UKPC - UK Parking Control

I have now received the following letter which can be seen in the photo attached.

Please can you advise as to how i should now respond. Are they simply just wanting the drivers name and address ??

As always your help is much appreciated.

Re: UKPC - UK Parking Control

Ignore it. They are fishing for the identity of the driver which you should keep to yourself.

Re: UKPC - UK Parking Control

Understood. So do i wait for them to provide a POPLA code?

What usually will be the next stage after this?

Re: UKPC - UK Parking Control

                  Yes.

We appeal to popla - then get an evidence pack from UKPC - reply if required - get result.

The letter is dated the 28th September. It says to make an appeal to POPLA I must submit an appeal within 28 days of the letter which I believe is today.

Edit to suit. Number 3 - I'm a little sketchy on what the signs say.
