    Parking charge notice

    Hello everyone.

    Firstly I have never use a forum before (ok don't lol) I got a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE from Civic Enforcement Ltd my car was on Private land , in addition where I parked there was no clear sings should I pay it. I have checked that they are not part of the British parking association . I hope someone can help me I have just got a RED reminder and it states that my credit in the future could be affected
