I have just found out that Arrow Global bought my debt from Monument soon after I had made a debt arrangement plan in November 2013. I informed the debt management company who advised me to inform Arrow to make contact with them which I did. They went on to list me on the Experian credit report as default. I've paid off my debt with Monument. My problem is, how can I go about removing that entry on my report.

Now I could have imagined this and I do admit my knowledge on this is rubbish but I am sure I read somewhere that once you had an agreed reduced arrangement to pay with the lender they should not sell your debt on. Probably got this wrong but not sure
