MET Parking Charge Notice

Hi all.

I received a PCN through the post catching my car entering and leaving a mcdonalds car park quite late at night and over staying by 16 minutes.

can this be appealed with a chance of winning?

all help is appreciated.

Good chance of winning at popla although the discount is lost as soon as popla are engaged.
