  • Directions questionaire and defendant given extra time

    Morning - Why does the directions questionnaire and guidance tell you you must complete by the specified date and then when the defendant doesn't they are given extra time. How long is this extra time another 2 wks even though they are posting on facebook crying with laughter being taken to court. Sorry not fair a set date and then its extended.
