  • Lowell Again

    Details:

The claim is for the sum of £170 due by the defendant under a non-regulated orange account.
The defendant failed to maintain contractual payments required under the terms of the account agreement.
The debt was legally assigned to the claimant on 31st march 2015.

This is for the wife She cant remember ever being with orange so sent letters recorded and signed for to lowell and cohen cramer asking for contract/agreement evidence . She received letter ( attached photo)

then she filed her defence as not being able to see any contract/agreement.

Then a letter from Fredrickson arrived wanting the money.

Last week a letter arrived telling her of change of solicitor to someone else and now today she has received notice of proposed allocation to small claims track with a questionnaire.

What should she do now (shes starting to panic)
