    Hi

Sent SAR to Evershed by recorded delivery and had a random response from Dryden Solicitors completely unrelated to the reference and the request on our letter to Eversheds. The cheque was not cashed. Anyone had this before?

    Thanks

    Re: Evershed

    AFAIK

Fairfax was part of Evershed until circa 2009.

Fairfax merged with Dryden circa 2012

DrydensFairfax did work for Lowells a couple of years back, but I thought Lowells was all 'in-house' now.

    Could be wrong, though!

      Re: Evershed

Hi Thank you for the response.
still confused though as Drydans address is different to Eversheds, so why /how did they give them my letter and cheque and why didn't eversheds provide the SAR docs. Surely this is not right.
Still working out what to do next.

      Thank you once again

        Why did you SAR Eversheds?

          Re: Evershed

          Hi

Have a FirstPlus second charge mortgage and due to their mis-handling of the account over a number of years and on several fronts, I have sent SAR requests to FirstPlus, Evershed and Elderbridge (who recently bought the accounts from FirstPlus).

          Many Thanks
