  • Excel parking pcn

    Hi there receviced a postal pcn today 25th april 2016 which stated that a vehicle was caught on anpr cameras in there car park for 57 mins without purchasing a ticket, the date of the alleged offence was 23/01/2016 thats 80 days ago

    I have attached the letter I got today to this post. Whats is my next move,

    Any and all help much appreciated

      First thing to do is edit your post so that the driver is not identified.

      Then you will be writing to them, confirming that you are the registered keeper, and tell them they have missed the 14 day deadline that is needed to hold the the keeper liable, and demand that they do not contact you again.

      As they do not know the driver, znd you don't tell them, then things are a bit awkward for them

      There seems to be other failures on the PCN that makes the keeper not liable

        So I should write to them via email or postal, I say I am the registered keeper (no names ), and because its over the 14 day period they cannot hold the keeper liable. Also what other failures are there ??

            So I have sent in the appeal via there email and got there standard auto reply, so will await what happens next and update as things progress.

                File an intent to appeal with theias.org and see what the primie facie case consists of.

                  Have just done that so wll see what happens, Is the charge now still on hold or does the cost start to rise now, I was told that asonlg as there is an apeal then the charge is on hold untill accepted/rejected
