  • Voluntary termination

I want to voluntary terminate my HP agreement, I have paid one instalment over the halfway point. There car is in good condition but not worth the settlement figure, although mechanically and body is fine, I bought the car with a windscreen chip and non-working passanger window from dealership. I am concerned that I will be charged for these repairs. Where do I stand in this situation? I've read the fair wear and fair standards by BVRLA and it says to look for chips on windows and all accessories must be fully working.

    Thank you for reading.
