  • ZZPS debt notice re PCN from Scotland.

Hi, I (well my husband) has received a letter from ZZPS this morning asking for £200.00 for an unpaid PCN issued by Civil enforcement LTd. He did receive 1 prior letter from CEL asking for payment but we wrote saying he was not the driver of the car (he was 40 odd miles away) and he was not willing to disclose the driver. We have never received any reply to this (Sent November 2015) and today we received this debt letter this morning.
My question is what do we do? Do we respond? My husband would rather pay whereas I talked him into not doing so, he also wont be too happy receiving more letters. The letter states they will continue to pursue the matter in absence of any contact from ourselves.
    Thanks for any help.

Put the letter in a drawer and give your husband a slap. You will get more letters http://www.thecourier.co.uk/news/loc...-case-1.884606
