i am portugease living in wales i went to portugal for 2 weeks to work and then returned to the uk i have been waiting for 8 weeks to be paid what can i do to resolve this situation.

Are /were you employed by a UK employer?
Are the missing wages for the 2 weeks work in Portugal?
Have you written to your employer about the lack of payment?

Yes I'm missing 2 weeks wages I have been in contact with the employer they are a portugease company help please

If this company doesn't have a UK office you could (if the amount owing is less than 2000 Euros) start a claim under the European Small Claims Procedure (https://e-justice.europa.eu/content_small_claims-42-en.do)
