Hi I'm not sure that I've posted this in the right place or not, but I was wondering if somebody would be able to advise myself?.I too have had letters from b&s the latest one being this morn!,It quotes taking control of goods(fees)reg2014,is there anymore info on this plz?,also he states to ring him personally not the office! And the enforcement stage fee is for £251!!does this sound about right?.Also at this stage could I still ask the council for all liability orders, payments, and aoe's sent to myself, because as I admit to council tax arrears dating bk as far as 95! There has since been 3 other DCA all adding their fees then passing it bk to the council so I am at a loss as to the exact amount that I owe.Any advice on this would be much appreciated, thanks for reading.x
