  • Private parking tickets in Scotland & Northern Ireland

There is no keeper liability in Scotland and Northern Ireland. These should be ignored and all correspondence except court papers should be filed away. It is still advisable to obtain photographic evidence from the car park just in case someone decides court is a good idea.

If you name the keeper or otherwise write to them and say " i parked there because" then you are an idiot.

Keep your mouth shut, your pen lid on and file, get it ?

The only time to name the driver is if it's not your car but is a major issue such as employment matters. If you do have to then start a thread as you may have to deal with it.
