    Did you ask them to agree an extension with your CPR 31.14 letter ? The max extension under cpr 15.5 is 28 days so bear that in mind when looking at it.

            ok may be daft question should i tick yes or no to mediation? has solicitors and dca have ignored all my request for documents and do i need to send any documents to defend my claim against them

              Hi yes agree to mediation, you will receive a phone call from them asking you 4 questions and you'll need to be able to answer yes to all 4 when you say you haven't received any paperwork the lady will say mediation is not suitable for your case

                        my case was to be heard on the 8th dec northampton county court by district judge watson. claiment have not paid there £335 fee reaciced letter from claiments solicitor howard cohen hoist have retracted there claim at court the matter is now closed
