  • Landlord sold flat now kicking us out

    Hi,
So we were recently informed last month that our landlord was selling the flat without telling us and has called us this evening to let us know he wants us out. Our contract ended last year and he never renewed it but said we can stay until the end of June when we graduate from university. We have also just found out that the person that bought the flat is moving in and not renting it.
This isn't the first time we've had problems with him. We were left without heating for 9 months because he wanted us to pay for it despite repairs being part of the contract and also being a fault with the boiler itself. He has also had painters over to redecorate the place giving us less than 12 hours notice and he also comes over without notice using his own key for the flat and then complaining to us and has constantly threatened eviction for ridiculous reasons because he was selling the flat.
Our landlord is coming over tomorrow and I was wondering if I can get any advice on what to do and where we stand legally?
