  • **WON** Eurocarparks PCN appeal - please help

    Hi,

I have visited templars shopping park in Oxford on 5/03/16, did shopping in ASDA & sainsburys. I have now received a PCN from Eurocar parks for overstaying by 64 mins , with a penalty of £90 and discounted amount £50 iF it is paid within 14 days. They do have mentioned about making an online appeal through their website.

Could someone help me with this appeal procedure please?

Speak to the managers (don't mention the rival stores though !)

    Appeal to Euro too.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a genuine customer (see attached receipts).

It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

Receipts if you have them and keep them safe if you do.

If/when you get a popla code please let me know.

      Hi M1,

Thank you for the quick response. I do not have the receipts with me, but I can prove the transaction details. I tried calling the manager today, but he said they can not do anything with that as it is managed by eurocarparks and shared by all property owners.

Should I revise this statement "(see attached receipts)" in the appeal to Eurocarparks?

        Yes.

The manager probably could if he wanted to.

This is what I received on rejection of my appeal and I have masked the POPLA Code, Do you need the POPLA code as well? I have posted the initial PCN in my first post , Is this what you are referring to?
